3. Subdomains and Domains

  • Free subdomains are provided in the format firstnation.online/yourbusinessname.

  • Custom domain name usage (e.g., yourbusiness.com.au) is only available on higher-tier paid plans.

  • You are not permitted to sell or transfer access to subdomains or domains associated with the platform without written permission.


4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of all content you create and upload, including text, images, logos, and media.

  • By using our service, you grant First Nation 500 Digital Businesses Online a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

  • You agree not to upload or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harmful, culturally inappropriate, or infringes on any third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms.


5. Respecting Culture and Community

  • This platform is committed to promoting and protecting First Nations cultures and communities.

  • Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.

7. Free Trial

8. Cancellations and Refunds
